May 7, 2008 Rich copper, light off-white head. Nose is really roasty cocoa, nice caramelized malt. Flavor is cocoa, roast, bittersweet caramel. Lingering roasty finish. I’d be *really* happy if Flying Bison made this a regular release.

May 4, 2008 On tap at Mr. Goodbar. Light chocolate body with a chocolate head of small soap bubbles, and abundant lace. Smooth taste,creamy and roast, quite drinkable. A controlled sourness in the finish that builds up through the pint. Quality ingredients. A latte of a beer.
