Aroma has liqourice, citrus hops light roasted. Medium to high carbonation, fine dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of liqourice, mild citrus hoppiness, softly roasted. Quite bitter, but this is quite a strange beast. Very drinkable, though.

Draught @ Søernes Ølbar, Copenhagan. Pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, some citrusly hops. Flavor is malt, coffee, litte chocolate, fruity hops, grapefruit, pine. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. 030513

[5/2/13] Draught at Søernes Ølbar in Copenhagen. Roasty aroma with piney notes and a hint of coffee. Bitter flavor with light sweetness, roastiness and piney hops. Medium-bodied.

Draught at Søernes. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma with nice chocolate notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

(on tap @ Søernes Ølbar) Pours a clear, dark copper with medium tan head. Aroma is herbal hoppy with floral hints (lily of the valley?) and a malty, toffee edge. Oily texture, soft carbonation, medium body and a roasted finish. Flavour is roasted malt and a grassy, hoppy bitterness. This could be an american brown ale or a black ipa. Okay but nothing spectacular.

Draught at Valhal 2013. Brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma and flavour of hops, fruit, roasted malt and licorice.

Draft at Ørsted Bar. Dark brownish with a small frothy beige head. Lovely malty aroma with smooth chocolate and roasted notes. Medium body, flat to average carbonation. Taste is medium sweet smoothly roasted malty, chocolate, bready, grassy, fruity. Dry medium bitter finish. High drinkabillity.

Draft. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and brown sugar as well as a lighter note of chocolate, leading to a dry finish. Not a bit fan of the blend.
