Danish: En Amercan Pale Ale ganske humlet med Chinook og Cascade. Dude er, lige som Flying Couch Brewing, frisk, lettere tilbagelænet med en del kant - dog uden at der går alt for meget hipster eller attitude i den.

Keg at Paddy’s, Malmo, Day 2 of RBESG ’15 21/08/15. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white head. Nose is caramel malt forward, tropicana, bitter orange, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, citric shreds, light pine tingle, toasted malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a touch of hop bitterness. Average for style but drinkable none the less.

From keg@friends party in tumbler@approx 7 degrees C. Pours hazy orange golden with a white head with sufficient retention. Hoppy, citrussy aroma clearly displaying the American hops. Well balanced taste with a light malt and sweetness balancing the citrus, the hint of pine and the bitterness of the hops in the taste and the aftertaste. Very drinkable and well balanced APA.

Draught at KØ15. Good fruity hop aroma. Cloudy golden. Small white head. The flavour is fruity and powerful, yet balanced and süffig. Has a nice hop bite.

Bottle. Clear yellow/golden with a medium sized slowly diminishing off white head. Hoppy nose with lots of citrus and light dusty grain. Pretty light bodied with low sweetness. Lots of fresh hops in the flavour, citrus is most dominant, but there is some honey and sweet tropical fruits as well with some malt behind it providing notes of fresh baked bread. The finish is long and dry with firm bitterness. No revolution here, but it is a solid and refreshing apa that I would drink again.
