Danish: En Amercan Pale Ale ganske humlet med Chinook og Cascade. Dude er, lige som Flying Couch Brewing, frisk, lettere tilbagelænet med en del kant - dog uden at der går alt for meget hipster eller attitude i den.

Bottle. Clear yellow/golden with a medium sized slowly diminishing off white head. Hoppy nose with lots of citrus and light dusty grain. Pretty light bodied with low sweetness. Lots of fresh hops in the flavour, citrus is most dominant, but there is some honey and sweet tropical fruits as well with some malt behind it providing notes of fresh baked bread. The finish is long and dry with firm bitterness. No revolution here, but it is a solid and refreshing apa that I would drink again.

A really solid pale. Well balanced between biscuit malt and light peppery hop bitterness. Very smooth, especially into the finish. The finish itself is quite short, which makes this a quick drinker.

Keg at Fermentoren during CBC weekend 2014. A nice malt-led APA. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy white head. Some pale bready sweetness present, lemon, tangerine, light meringue. Mild bittering pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, some dry pine, pale malts. Solid. Tasty.

Bottle. A hazy, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is citrusy and lightly piney, with some sour notes and a touch of malts. It’s full-bodied and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation and a fine bitterness. Apricot notes, resins, pine cones and some lime peel in the flavor, not much malts showing up. A decent one indeed, but too limey for me. 150207
