Danish: En Amercan Pale Ale ganske humlet med Chinook og Cascade. Dude er, lige som Flying Couch Brewing, frisk, lettere tilbagelænet med en del kant - dog uden at der går alt for meget hipster eller attitude i den.

On tap. Hazy golden with a small white head. Very, very fresh hop aroma with both peach and citrus accents. Medium body, a pure tropical fruit cocktail if a little dusty in the hops. Distinct and almost astringent bitter finish. 280112

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with overripe apples and grass. Sweet and fruity with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Sugar, ripe apples. Fairly low bitterness. Overly fruity, too sweet, simplistic hard malt character and limited hop aromas.

Hazy gold - amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with fine minerally carbonation, semi dry. Light sweetish malts. Light dry seltzer. Whisper of sherbetty candy fruits. Mild lactose like sweetness. Mellow pithy orange and grapefruit hops. Light dry finish. Somehow it works, quite drinkable.

Keg at Fermentoren during CBC weekend 2014. A nice malt-led APA. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy white head. Some pale bready sweetness present, lemon, tangerine, light meringue. Mild bittering pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, some dry pine, pale malts. Solid. Tasty.
