COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En Amercan Pale Ale ganske humlet med Chinook og Cascade. Dude er, lige som Flying Couch Brewing, frisk, lettere tilbagelænet med en del kant - dog uden at der går alt for meget hipster eller attitude i den.

On tap. Hazy golden with a small white head. Very, very fresh hop aroma with both peach and citrus accents. Medium body, a pure tropical fruit cocktail if a little dusty in the hops. Distinct and almost astringent bitter finish. 280112

Tap at Ørsted Bar. Slightly cloudy golden beer with a frothy white head. Good retention. Fruity aroma, westcoast hoppy, pineapple, peach, citrus. Medium sweet, medium bitter with quite a light body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Easy drinabke, maybe too easy. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an excellent brew, but I am a bit tired of all these nearly identical, well made, nicely balanced west coast-inspired pale ales and IPAs. Twist the style, plz. Just anorher Pale Ale, but a nice one.
