Draught at Bryggens Ølbar. Hazy pale golden with a small bubly, very quickly diminishing white head. Somehow aroma is subdued, with sweet malts and vague flowery notes. The sweet gale is much more evident in the flavor: Very clear, very clean, spicy, flowery. Balanced by grassy, piney hops and medium sweet malts. Interesting.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and almost opaque golden with a small white head. Dry and hoppy finish, somewhat biscuity malts. Medium body, a very dry maltiness and then again flowery hops leaving a fairly bitter finish. A very decent, clean and hoppy....Zwickl/Kellerbier I’d call it. I don’t really pick up any sweet gale here. 281112

Chopp. Unclear yellow, nice medium white ehad. Fresh grassy hoppy herbal aroma. Good mouthfeel. Fresh flavour of grassy herbal hops and a good emdium bitterness, ends dry.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of bogmyrtle, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of bogmyrtle, malt, straw, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap at Bust. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light herbal. Bitter, porse, grassy and light herbal. Bitter and dry into a crisp finish.
