COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Når den flyder fra hanen og ned i glasset er det første du tænker på ikke IPA, da den er sort som kul. Men når du får næsen ned i glasset strømmer duften af humle, noter af gran og en anelse lakrids dig i møde. Den fylder godt i munden og smager af humle, frisk gran, men også mørk ristet malt med et strejf af bitter chokolade og sort lakrids inden den slår over i en dejlig lang bittersød eftersmag.

(sample from tap at CBF) Pours black with little toffee head and lace. Aroma is hoppy with fruit notes. Medium carbonation, medium body, oily texture and a bitter finish. Moderately bitter taste. Well balanced and not too heavy.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Almost black with tan head. Roasted malts, licorice with hops. Bitter taste with some sweetness. Soft to average carbonation. Long finish. Recommendable.
