COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Notes of rich coriander spice, bright citrus, and subtle malt backbone greet the nose. On your first sip, the citrus and spice meld with sweet bready notes and Belgian yeast undertones. This complex brew, made with both blood orange and grapefruit zest, is a full-bodied blend of two distinct styles.

Didnít pick up much on the palate, perhaps some smoke and yeastyness. Appearance was dark. Flavor was full of dark roast, and finished with a nice hop bitterness. Didnít taste any wheat, but I really enjoyed this one.

Draught. Pours a very dark brown color with a moderate tan head on it. Nose is actually filled with some dark raspberry notes and some subtle wheat elements and just a slight hint of roasting. Taste is slightly sweet and also has a subtle bit of roasting in there. Interesting.

Tap @ Beer Temple (sample courtesy of Sander, thanks!). Very dark, but not quite black color. Off white head. Aromaís: pine, citrus from the glass, but retronasal itís quite different: herbal-spicy, fruity, a little roast, quite weird (but not unpleasant) actually, hard to describe. Flavor: lightly fruity-sour, herbal, a bit licorice/drop. Light bodied. Finishes herbal and moderate bitter.

On tap at Mad Mex. Pours a deep brown. Kind of an enigma. Smells like a Belgian wit. Malty aftertaste.

Tap at Bier Market in Cleveland, OH. Rocky tan foam on near black. Good lacing. Nose brings out a mildly sticky body, dusty cocoa, esters, gamey coffee. Taste brings dog food husky raw malt, spicy Belgian yeast, mild piney hops. Powdery, chalky, ashy mouthfeel.
