Bottled from Systembolaget Hazy amber. Almost no head. Very spicy in both aroma; mostly rosemary and flavour; mostly juniper-berries. Still fresh palate despite all the spicies. You can clearly sense orange-peel, juniper-berries and rosemary. OK, even though I’m not a big fan of spicy beers.

0,355 l bottle, Wildeman, Amsterdam Poured amber with a lot of sediment, small creamy offwhite head. Babér and juniper, honey and cinnamon, orange peel. Interesting flavor with honey and malt base, spicies like orange peel, rosmare, juniper. Like a gintonic with herbs. Interesting, but not an IPA.

Thin beige head thats short lived, no lace. Clear, copper color. Nose of light spices with ginger mostly and a little caramel malt. Light bodied, oily with little carbonation.Lightly sweet malts, ginger, orange and a hint of cinnamon. Fairly dry, quick finish. They should race with their feet. bottle from statelineliquors. Meh.

Dorwart (2342) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - OCT 31, 2012
Thin head of off-white bubbles. Dry dusty aroma with some dried orange peel, a hint of cinnamon, soft malts and some rubber. Color s a slightly foggy dark copper. Crisp and easy drinking with a bit of spice, more oranges and grainy malts. Flavor is not very complex but is is smooth and very easy drinking. Mild alcohol presence. A rather bland but decent brew.

355ml bottle. Pours a light amber, with a white head. Spicy, herbal aroma, caramel, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, malt, orange peel, juniper. Dry, medium body, low to medium bitterness, balanced CO2. Spicy, herbal taste, caramel, mint, thyme, bay leaves, cinnamon, citrus, cloves. Odd, but quite interesting. (2012-09-14)

35 cl bottle @ home. Pours clear amber with an off-white head that leaves virtually no lacing. Aroma is plenty of spices, pepper, and herbs. Flavour is slightly herbal and spicy. Not great.

Butters (3686) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - OCT 27, 2012
Sampled on draft at the second Halloween bash. Wow this thing is crazy different! Reminds me of stuff from cigar city. Very cedary on the nose and flavor. Some juniper and maybe cayeenne or cinnamon? Really just completely unique and like licking a humor. Wouldn’t want to drink it again.

Idiosynkrasie (3269) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - OCT 26, 2012
355ml bottle. Very dark golden to dark amber colour, chunks floating around, with small, collapsing, frothy off-white head. Slightly sweet, seemingly artificial, perfume-like aroma, bath salt resemblance, soapy touch, notes of rosemary and ginger. Taste is dry to bitter herbal, slightly soapy, notes of rosemary and ginger. Not catastrophically, but thank you god for creating hops (and especially you, raisers, for cultivating).

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2013 Saw this in the store, interest was peaked with the "zero IBU IPA" claim. Bottle into pint glass, hazy gold color with white head. Aroma of mixed herbs (oregano, pepper and ginger mainly) and very light citrus background. Taste doesn’t add surprisingly much, peppery and cardboard mainly. Light body and thin, no real aftertaste. The aroma of this is very interesting, the taste though didn’t come through. So so.

gyllenbock (4091) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 25, 2012
Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget, October 2012. A bit hazy amber. A strange beer this one. Aroma and taste of pepper, oregano, ginger, cedar, cardboard and some citrus. Low bitterness. Also with some sour notes.
