COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Perfect for easy drinking as spring turns into summer, our Easy IPA is a light-bodied brew huge citrus notes upfront that blend into stone fruit (think apricot and peach) softness. Biscuit malt notes float in the background as it finishes crisp and refreshing.

Pours from 12 oz bottle, a hazy gold with creamy white head. Aroma of herbal, resin hops, field grass and pale malts. Flavour of crisp hops with a clean, low bitterness, and a bready malt cracker like finish. Decent session-able IPA, but I think SKAs Rudie and Great Divides Lasso is overall better.

Pours a clear golden color topped with somewhat average white head. A very pleasant fruity aroma with some biscuity notes - mild alltogether. Starts sweet with a very nice fruity taste in the back which is extra delightful. Finishes with some bitterness, quite decent, and some hoppy and herbal aftertaste. A very nice surprise.

355ml can. Pale gold with minimal white head. light fruity nose. Very light body, good bitter finish. I was a wee bit disappointed with this. Carbonation seems a little coarse to me, and the palate is very light on flavour. Good and bitter mind you.

Keg @ The Works, Sowerby Bridge. Clear golden with a small carbonation and a small bubbly head. Crisp with lots of gentle tropical fruits in both aroma and taste. Peach and apricot are here as its description above suggests.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, biscuits, grass, apricots and fresh hops. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, biscuity malt, peaches and a certain grassy, citric bitterness in the finish. Slightly below medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, highly drinkable. Nice one.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is huge piney fruity zesty hops, light malt note. Flavour is the same, easy going yet with a bitter hop bite, refreshing. Awesome session ipa.

Bottle, thanks for sharing dEnk! Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus, some lemon peel and a hint of pine. Flavor is quite bitter, fruity and a bit thin body. Clean and refreshing. Subtle but still powerful.

On tap, OP, 73czk per 0.3l. Clear pale body with low head. Aroma is full fruity with mango, pineapple, high on malty. Taste has higher biscuit malty sweetness, medium to high bitterness, mostly fruity. Light earthy after taste. Body is full, medium carbonation.

Douberd (2584) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - DEC 6, 2014
(Flying Dog Brewhouse Rarities: Easy IPA) Bottle 355 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 4.7% Pours a pale orange beer, mostly clear, with a tall but thin white head, with okay retention, leaving medium lacing on the glass. Aroma of cookie dough, light orange zest, malty notes. Taste follows, hints of the malty backbone with light citrus, orange peel/zest, cookie dough and biscuits, faint bitterness. Thin body, low carbonation, nicely dry on the palate. Not bad but it gives the feeling is just watered down instead of brewed as a session ipa.
