Perfect for easy drinking as spring turns into summer, our Easy IPA is a light-bodied brew huge citrus notes upfront that blend into stone fruit (think apricot and peach) softness. Biscuit malt notes float in the background as it finishes crisp and refreshing.

Can at home in Salisbury, CT - picked up at Top Hops in NYC. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, quite effervescent, with a creamy white head. Lovely aroma with lots of tangerine, dry grapefruit, some pale bread, lemon rind. Light sweet flavor with dry pine needles bitterness, lightly juicy tangerine, grapefruit, mellow grass, biscuits. Light in body with average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish with some restrained pale, bready malt sweetness, fairly mild bitterness of grass, pine and citrus pith, and lingering impressions of grapefruit and tangerine. Pretty damn solid. Hits the SIPA notes quite well.

Can from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk at home. Clear gold lasting white head. Resiny grapefruit hop aroma. I mean a good aroma. the kind I woulda killed for 6 years ago. Typical PNW resiny hop. Some grapefruit. What stands it apart is then the utter drinkability in the mouth. Not many if any UK brewers could do that aroma. The mouthfeel is of a completely fresh beer. Creamy, light, likeable, utterly drinkable but with that harsh carbonation. Some tea hop flavour once you lose the carbontion. I thought it was going to be outstanding when I had the first few sips, but it’s an IPA masquerading as a golden/blond ale. It lacks it’s convictions. Will definitely drink again. I liked it. All the way through I couldn’t tell the fraud from the quality. A little watery in the malts. Could be amazing. Is a little confused.

Bottle shared at Beer Market Jaffa. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Clear pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma of citric and floral hops, slightly stale, and some graininess. Dry flavor, a bit grainy, with floral and citric hops and a bitter finish. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing.
