Aug 31, 2009 Tap at Blind Tiger. Pale amber beer with a thick head. The aroma is pretty nice. Soft and lightly spicy with the hops being mostly of the noble variety. Lemony citrus and a kiss of berryish fruits as well. Soft hoppiness really although the bitterness does begin to kick in coming onto the back of the palate. Pretty nice really.

Aug 15, 2009 Tap at Isaac Newtons. Pours a hazy
golden orange with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of American hops and spicy fruity Belgian yeast esters. Flavor of the same with some caramel sweetness. Bitterness moderate.

Jun 27, 2009 Draft – Max’s (Belgian-style IPA). Dark hazed copper, thin creamy white head. Cotton candy and fuzzy fruit swirls ride soft aromatic candied pine and citrus notes throughout. Bitter pine and fruit flavors round with notes of candy sweetness. Extremely well balanced from beginning to end. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, bittersweet finish. A well made American / Belgian hybrid. Hope this makes it to Canis Major bottling (based on the rumors).
