Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a golden amber color with a small, quickly diminishing frothy off-white head, a hint of lacing. Aroma is sweet malts, bread, a hint of metal, and citrus hops. Flavor is caramel malts, straw, pine and citrus hops. Mouthfeel is dry with a hint of bitterness, on the lighter side of medium bodied. Decent beer, drinkable.

Very well done pale. Perfect balance of hops without going overboard for me. Very crisp flavor that is very enjoyable.

bottle - amber orange beer with a white orange head. Aroma of hops and fruits like citrus. Flavour has a nice bitterness and a hoppy lemon character.

Bottle, from Tesco Cleethorpes. Amber gold, thin but lasting white head and gentle condition. Gentle caramel and toffee with low but insistent herbal hoppiness in the nose, quite thin and lemony citric in the mouth with muted caramel and developing dry bitter hoppiness, peppery hop bitterness and assertive dryness lingering in the finish.

Poured from bottle into Nonic Imperial Pint. Clear amber-orange with moderate head and nice lacing. Citrus and grapefruit primarily, also smells dry and spicy. Somewhat mild, but that is typical of APAs and the smell lasts throughout the entire beer. Citrus and grapefruit bitterness, countered by a pretty dry malt balance. Somewhat spicy and peppery. Moderate carbonation, a little thin but has a nice firm feel. Very dry finish. Very drinkable APA. I like that it has almost zero sweetness, which I think makes it more thirst quenching and almost like an English Bitter with American ingredients. Great everyday brew and one of my favorite APAs.

Copper body with an off white head. No lacing. Huge hop floral aroma with hints of honey. Taste is also big in hops but starts with that hint of malty honey flavor. Not offensive at all in the bitterness. Very good beer and I’ll look for more like this.

Nice citrusy pale ale in the usual style. Lots of character and grip and plenty of depth. Good beer.

Pours a golden color with a nice head. The aroma is lightly soapy with some good hops and a little skunk. The flavor is grassy and lightly melony with more hoppiness than I suppose I would have expected, and a nice fruity malt backbone. Very well balanced and tasty.
