Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Pours a nice amber. Fair amount of hops in both flavor and aroma. Just didn’t do it for me.

On tap. Light and crisp with some off malt aspect. A little dirty and unbalancced with some faint citrus and pine hops and mold.

On tap, Flying Saucer, Addison. Appears dark amber with nice lacing/minimal head, fresh, clean bright floral-pine nose a little soap-febreeze-y. Had a light, sweet tangy hops flavor that was thirst-quenching, not too dry. He found it perfumy, she found it not exceptional but decent, neither would likely order again.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet fruity bready caramel malts.

The flavor is sweet bready malts with some fruits and decent bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and slightly watery with good carbonation.

Overall, a decent but uninspiring pale ale.

Bottle. Nice amber color with an off-white head. Very little aroma with only faint traces of sour citrus. Some crisp hops in the flavor but finishes pretty dry and malty. Average for the style.
