Bottled. Pours a medium amber color. Fairly hoppy aroma. A little malt. Fairly hoppy spicy flavor with a little bit of maltiness as well. Not great, but still, not bad. Bitter finish.

12oz bottle-pours a creamy offwhite head that laces with copper color. Aroma is crisp citrus hops. Taste is crisp citrus hops, sweet malt. Mild effervescence. This beer improves the further into it I go. By the finish,3.3

Bottle. Pours copper with small beige head. The aroma has hops, earth, and a bit of dark fruit. The flavor initially has a sharp Cascade bitterness, then fades to some earthy and fruity tones. Mild toast in the finish. Decent session brew.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2007 (Bottled, 4.7% ABV) Clear, deep copper color with a small, but tight head. Oaky-aromatic-hoppy, fruity aroma with caramely maltiness, and some currants. Bitter-hoppy, acidic, oaky and somewhat aromatic flavor with mildly roasty caramely maltiness and butter. Bitterness grasps firmly but briefly in the finish, while the dry, grassy hoppiness stays for quite a while. Light to medium-bodied, somewhat fizzy-carbonated palate. A bit too thin and compromised to be truly enjoyable. Quite bitter-like for a pale ale. A nice session beer, though - and very nice one to find in a Finnish supermarket!

Nicely hopped pale ale. Good amber color, somewhat cloudy. Pleasant hop and malt aroma. Lasting head and lacing are a plus. Malt flavor doesn’t come through, but the floral hops are really appealing. A very drinkable beer.

Bottle (12oz). Clear orange-amber with a smallish foamy beige somewhat diminishing head. Typical citrus / light resin sweet hop aroma, with sweet light toasty caramel malt backing, a little floral, whiff of yeast; above average but not by much - pleasing, fades quickly. Taste is also orange/citrus, a litle lemon rind bitterness and not so much malt - has a medium linger and finishes bitter, somewhat harshly so. Average body, not much carbonation after 30 seconds or so, astringent - drinkable, sweet, a little dry and harsh.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours amber golden with an ever so slight haze and an off-white head leaving a neat lacework. Lovely citrusy hop aroma. Medium-bodied, lightly caramelish with notes of citrus. Short, dry finish, but not overly bitter. 220406

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2006 12oz bottle. a bit to carbinated. Doesn’t have the standard floral or hops nose that some American Pales have. It pours a deep orange and ruby color.

[Tap – Blooms & Brews, Silverton Oregon]
(Oregon Craft Brewfest at The Oregon Garden) A good golden colored pale ale with a nice aroma. This tasted like a good microbrew that was fresh. Liked the hops and aromas this was a clean clear and good easy drinking beer.
