Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Nose is very tight. Good balance of bitter and smooth. Caramel and roasted nutty notes. Crisp finish.

A golden brown beer with little to no head. The aroma is malty & light hoppy. The taste is citrusy hops & is a very smooth beer that is decently balanced. The only Flying Dog I’ve liked.

Pours amber with no head. Strong fruits in the aroma and flavor. Quite sour with rather strong hops. Decent.

12 oz. bottle poured to a large snifter at the House Pub in St. Charles, IL. The color was a clear copper hue, with a modest, white foam that reduced to a ring and film, and left some clingy spots of lacing. The aroma was mainly citrus, along with some floral and sweet fruit notes, and light, supportive malt. The flavor added to these a moderate hop bitterness also balanced by some smooth malt. Thus, all of the elements of a good, sessionable, American Pale Ale.

Orange color pour with a nice off-white head. Nice lacing around my glass. Smell of hops instantly hits you along with some orange/lemon smell. Flavor is hops all the way with some malts and citrus. A really good pale ale.

Pours a nice amber, little head, slight lacing. Smells of citrus (a lot), takes very carbonated, nice malt and hop amount. Slightly bitter, a nice pale ale.

(12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Apperance is a light murkey copper color with little head. Aroma is floral herbal and citrusy hops. Taste is hoppy, citrus hops mostly. Cabonated mouthfeel, thin texture and medium bodied.

Clean flavor profiles with a touch of citrus hops. Nice and balanced. Refreshing.
