COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Pours a coppery color, completely clear with a very decent just slighty off-color head. The head stays for a while. The aroma is one of my favourites. Citrusy hops, easily picked up and just great. The taste is hoppy and bitter, perhaps some fruity flavour way in the back, but mostly bittery, although not to strong to make it unpleasant. Aftertaste is nicely bitter with a slight kick. Very nice beer.

12 ounce bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a clear copper with a soapy, off-white head of foam. The aroma has a bread-like malt profile coming through with a near herbal hop presence. Mildly bitter throughout with a soft malty sweetness lingering through out. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation.

Orange clear body with a thin finger of white foam. Great fruity aroma. Orange, peaches, apricot, some grass and a hint of caramel. The taste is mediocre compared to the smell but the same. A bit bitter, fruity, maybe some malt. Medium to light body. Good light aftertaste.

Paled amber, short lived white head, visible carb. Smells like oversweet coppers - and by that I mean a bunch of 2p coins in a bucket with flat coke. Odd but not horrific. Skids of sweet hop initially with a decent malt thrust. Decent carbonation and steadily gets maltier as it warms up. Soft lemon resin towards the finish and a well found caramac bump on the linger. Thought this would be a bit more juicy.

Butelka 0.3L. Złote, klarowne iskrzące. Piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, śrendioobfita, dość drobna ale niestety szybo dziurawi się. Lekko oblepia szkło. Aromat przyjemny, średniointensywny, przede wszystkim chmielowy: cytrusy i żywica. lekko wyczuwalne nuty karmelowe. W smaku bielmo grejpfruta, czuć cytrus, który szybko przechodzi w goryczkę. Piwo wytrawne ze średnim nasyceniem. Ciało niskie. Goryczka grejpfrutowa, średniointensywna, krótka. Finisz zdecydowanie wytrawny, lekko suchy. Bardzo przyjemne, chmielowe APA
