COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isnít overpoweringly hoppy. Itís brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Hazy amber/gold beer with a decent white head. Aromas of grapefruit, and some flowery scents. Tastes of mild hop bitterness, pine/spruce/floral notes, hints of caramel, and a decent malt profile compliments the other flavors quite nicely. Bittersweet finish with some grapefruit. Not bad.

From 0,355l bottle. BBD: 24.3.15. Pours clear amber liquid, small to medium frothy white head. Aroma: light intensity, pine, citrus, tar, nice, gentle, harmonic. Taste: light sweet, light to medium bitter, dry, pine, citrus, tar, caramel malt, very harmonic, very drinkable. Palate: light body, oily texture, average cabonation, long bitter caramel finish. Overall: very good, balanec, light, but very drinkable and refreshing pale ale. Lot of taste with reasonable alcohol content.

Bottle: Clear, deep copper, thick head and good lace. Big caramel malt lift with subtle hops for a US pale ale. Dry, not sour and medium to medium high bitterness. A little hollow on the mid palate but great balance of malt and hop flavors. Certainly more East Coast or European in style than what we get on the West Coast.

355ml bottle. Pours a solid amber. Off-white thin head with strong lacing. Citrus aromas with hints of caramel malts. Slighlty hoppy without being over-powering. Medium carbonation. Smooth long finish. A nice beer.

Una birra eccezzionalmente bilanciata. I sapori caramellati si fondono con i luppoli che donano alla birra sapori agrumati ed erbacei. Un aroma incredibile. Retrogusto impeccabile e lungo. Perfetta.

Deep amber/copper toned ochre, creamy dense long but thin head, sticky lacing. Looks good. Fresh sweet tropicality from mango and slight citrus notes, mildly roasted caramel malt follows and mixes to tempting aroma. Medium to full body, just bit kick from carbonation and bitterness but round and velvety mostly, medium long finish, bit berries here also. Lively and nuanced with good fresh aromas and flavors. Good stuff!

I get a full bodied sweet malty aroma with a hint of hops for the bittering in this hazy medium amber brew with a slight off white head. The taste is malty almost bready flavor accompanied by bitterness and a very green aftertaste almost like a leaf and bitterness that follows. Its relatively light bodied and good carb. The more i drink it the more that grass or leaf flavor comes out. Not a bad brew but not what i was expecting. Worth a try.
