Pours a hazy amber. Floral hop aroma, the flavor is also hop forward. It's not overwhelmingly hoppy, though the finish is long and bitter. The flavor has notes of grapefruit and a touch of pine. Slightly oily mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden / copper body with an off-whit cap. Steady effervescence emanating from the bottom. Aromas of malt, cracker, cracked pepper. Pine, hops, alcohol, atop a sturdy malt body. Light to medium bodied. This isn’t my jam, in terms of pale ales.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a copper color with a thick beige mousse-like head. Fragrant, fruity malt nose. Flavor is sweet toasted malt with a spicy hop backdrop. Notes of caramel and citrus offer a nicely balanced American Pale Ale. Full of flavor and easy to drink.

May. ’16. A 0.355 l bottle. It poured a clear amber to copper body with medium sized head. Very fine elderflower, citrus and pineapple fruity aroma. Lightly sweet flavor, also flowery and fruity like the nose. Bitterness came in with a small delay, driven by citrus and herbal hops. Medium bodied with long finish that showed even more bitterness and some spices. More specific, pepper, citrus and herbal hops. Really nice.

Aroma of fruit and pine and hops. Taste is full with a nice bitterness to it. Not as fruity as the aroma. Mild but plesant dog.
