COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

355 ml bottle from some alcostore in Tallinn harbour (€ 2,99). BB 24.03.2014. Pours a hazy darkish amber with a small creamy white head. Nose is malt-dominated, biscuity, with notable Cascade, and slightly grassy. Taste resinous-piney-juicy-grassy, quite sweet with little bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, somewhat sticky mouthfeel. An above average APA, good to quench thirst.

330ml bottle poured in a pint glass. A: Pours a bit cloudy orange to amber color forming a big light beige head that dissipates quickly leaving many lacings in the glass S: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of pale malts, caramel malts, crystal malts and flowery hops. Hops are American style, of course with notes of pine. Fruity, with notes of orange and grapefruit. US-05 yeasts profile T: Follows the nose: Slightly sweet upfront, sweet pale malts, crystal malts, caramel malts followed by citric and grassy hops notes. In overall, a dry taste giving relevance to the hops bitterness M: Light body and good carbonation. Quite malty with strong notes of grassy hops in the aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Refreshing with a strong American Pale Ale character [ BA Review @ 11/26/2010 ]

Clear amber color with thin off white head. Grapefruit aromas with floral hops some sweet malts. Taste is resinous hop bitterness with caramel malts and lots of fruits. Grapefruit and orange. Overall a bit watery after an intense nose. Good choice if you look for a hop forward but low ABV beer!

Hazy orange color, average sized off white head. Medium body, soft carbonation. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, orange, grass. Medium sweet, light bitter taste. Little bit watery texture. I don’t have problem with light, session ales, but I would like it too be little bit more bitter. Not great, but OK.
