COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Light orange colour. Strong citrus aroma, lemony flavour, not grapefruit, with light bitterness. Refreshing and much more drinkable than the IIPA if that counts for anything. Heresy around here, I know.

Tap @ Naamat
Clear orange beer with dense white head. Aroma is classic APA - citrus, pine and caramelly sweetness with little fructosey strawberry jam in the background. Flavor is bitter, caramelly and piney. Palate is thin and watery at times. Finish has a hefty amount of bitterness leaving a piney and grapefruity aftertaste lingering for a long time. Good aromas but the flavor is a bit empty, could have used a stronger maltiness.

Bottle from Harvest Market Pours a brilliantly clear medium golden color with a huge bubbly off white head that persists forever. Aromas of earth and caramel and little else. The favor is sweet with bready caramel malt and hints of earthy hop to balance. Medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a slick sweet mouthfeel. Decent brew, drinkable, maybe a lawnmower beer, nothing horribly exciting and no bottle dating.

From notes. On tap at Dan’s on April 04. The pour is a gold-ish copper with a thick white head that slowly dissipates, leaving some good lace. The aroma is big on citrus and hops. The hoppiness on the front end is well-balanced by the piney resin on the back end. The flavor is hoppy, slightly bitter, but falls off quickly. Quite light. The mouth feel is also thin and light, with a small amount of carbonation and a citrusy, albeit light, aftertaste that vanishes quickly

Dunkelgoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig fruchtig, hopfig, blumig. Geschmack leicht nach tropischen Früchten, malzig, leicht bitterer Abgang.

Hoppy with light citrus and some malt. Pours orange with ok head and lacing. Finishes with light bitterness, some rustiness. Not super memorable. Bottle.

Bottle. Pours a clear light orange beer with a normal sized white head on top. Aroma is very light, citric and grassy. Not much else detected. Flavor is very mild, light bitter and quite vague. No real hop definition noticed unfortunately. Still easy drinkable and enjoyable, but not much special really.

Dark amber with some big head. Bready aromas, smooth light/medium body with a yeast/sour taste. Crisp with a slight bitter finish. A good pale ale choice.
