COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2014 Awesome bitterness with a decent body to support the beers major purpose: tasting like one of the characteristic pale ales should.

Orange color with big white head. Aroma is of oranges, hoppy, but really not much more. Taste is bitter orange (marmalade), refreshing, moderately bitter finish. The orange aroma makes this a bit distinct. Standard American Pale Ale.

Bottle, 0.355l. Hazy amber orange color with thin creamy off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, grapefruit, orange and pine. Taste starts with moderate sweet toasted malt and caramel, following is resinous and refreshing fruity with strong citrus note, astringent mouthfeel and heavy bitter finish. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. I remember this one as my first really hopped ale, therefore a bit higher rating...

Amber beer, medium white head, dissipates quickly. Grassy nose with oranges, hops, toasty malt notes. Flavor is toasty malt notes, some caramel sweetness, firmly citric hoppy finish. Lingering hops and caramel. Very drinkable.
