COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Bottled. A clear copper colour with a small off-white head and very visible carbonation. A good hoppy aroma with the usual pine and tropical fruit but also a caramel sweetness. Clean, fresh flavours; nothing overpowering. Dry, nicely bitter, piney middle and finish. Well balanced and refreshing.

"not impressed with the flavor or aroma of this beer. pretty boring. i think they do strong beers better, but are a little lame on the classic styles. Try Gonzo Imperial Porter...it’s their best brew."

Kauge (250) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 17, 2014
355 ml bottle from some alcostore in Tallinn harbour (€ 2,99). BB 24.03.2014. Pours a hazy darkish amber with a small creamy white head. Nose is malt-dominated, biscuity, with notable Cascade, and slightly grassy. Taste resinous-piney-juicy-grassy, quite sweet with little bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, somewhat sticky mouthfeel. An above average APA, good to quench thirst.

eduardovl (926) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 14, 2014
330ml bottle poured in a pint glass. A: Pours a bit cloudy orange to amber color forming a big light beige head that dissipates quickly leaving many lacings in the glass S: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of pale malts, caramel malts, crystal malts and flowery hops. Hops are American style, of course with notes of pine. Fruity, with notes of orange and grapefruit. US-05 yeasts profile T: Follows the nose: Slightly sweet upfront, sweet pale malts, crystal malts, caramel malts followed by citric and grassy hops notes. In overall, a dry taste giving relevance to the hops bitterness M: Light body and good carbonation. Quite malty with strong notes of grassy hops in the aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Refreshing with a strong American Pale Ale character [ BA Review @ 11/26/2010 ]
