Bottled@SBWF2007. Deep amber colour, mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is malts, caramel, hops and slight salt water & yeast. Flavour is very much the same. Pleasant, but some lsight grassy harshness takes it down a bit.

Bottle, 5.2%. Caramelly aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is quite caramelly, almost syrupy in the malt syrupy way. OK bitterness, but not quite enough to balance off the sweetness. Quite fruity finish.

clear dark amber, whispy off white head, sweet carmel malt aroma, rich carmel malt flavor, just a hint of sweetness, lots of earthy bitterness in the finish, from a 5 hour old bottle on the bar all night, no rating given due to too much difference from last sample

rich dry malt flavor, just enough bitterness to balance, not near as sweet as last year, much more balanced,
