Dogtoberfest Marzen. Aroma is faint, subtle spices are light and under-represented. Color is a beautiful earthy reddish brown. Palate releases smoky almond notes. Finish is a smooth blend of semi-bitterness and honey.

330ml bottle. Fine aroma of caramel and yeasts. Amber colour with big creamy head. Very light taste, not too much bubles, feel little bit of caramel and bread. from start to finnish lightly bitter flavour, after swallowing still caramel on mouth. Overall: Nice drinkability, there is maybe a lot of caramel flavours, but still good beer.

Sample on tap @ the brewery. Pours an iced tea color with a thin tan ring. Malty aroma, smooth with some fall spices then turns medicinal. Not too bad but not very enjoyable.

Nutty caramel malt aroma. Deep amber body with a creamy light tan head about a finger and half thick. Creamy smooth caramel taste with a subtle hint of nuts. Malt all the way on this one. Drinkable with clean crisp finish.

Bottle at home split with Sarah, from beer hawk. Reddy amber coloured pour with a lasting light cream coloured head. Aroma is clean nutty malts, jammy fruits, strawberry, jam on toast. Flavour is composed of semi sweet grains, toasted grains , raspberry, light honey. Little age. Palate is medium sweet, nutty, highish carbonation. Pretty tasty but the yeast profile is a bit boring.
