Mahogany with quickly dying tan head.
Wonderfull sweet malt aroma. Barley wine like.
Taste the same with some orange peel and metal. Simple but tasty.
Finishes with a little bitterness.

12oz bottle. Poured a dark amber reddish color with small tan colored head. Aromas of toasted and roasted malts. Taste slightly sweet caramel, lots of malt flavors, slight bitterness, and medium body.

Bottle at NK Bar. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, caramel. Rather sweet. Flavour of malt, caramel.

Dark amber with a persistent rim head and speckled dots of lace. Good malty harvest aroma. The taste begins with caramel malt that is challenged, but never overcome, by mild carbonation and bittering. The finish fades abruptly, but not badly. Overall, quite drinkable.

Bottle. Reddish light amber color, foamy tan head, slightly sweetish bland taste with woody aroma, average carbonation, abrupt finish. Not very special.

Bottle: Clear dark red colour, big creamy head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramelly, and some choclate. Flavor had a nice creamy mouthfeeling of sweet malts, caramelly, and choclate, dry fruits, like raisins, and nice bock beer mouth feeling of cramelly, and citric. Medium body, and a long caramelly finish. Nice!!

Aroma of oak, malt, cinnamon, honey, citrus. It really comes out as it sits. Taste is about the same. Flavor isn’t bad, but it’s more carbonated than anything. It’s like drinking a soda that went flat sitting in the fridge for a while.

Bottle from a trade with Mr Cunningham. Pours clear dark golden with a big off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty,light fruity. Taste is caramel sweet malty, some light bitterness towards the end. Medium bodied.
