COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double Dog Double Pale Ale Back by popular demand, our original "Wild Dog Release" is back, and this time it’s for good. Double Dog Double Pale Ale is a generously hopped ale with a deep red color and pours with a nice frothy head. The abundance of hops will conjure some provocative aromas with hints of raisins and citrus.

It does not leave much foam on top, but at 11.5% it is surely like a barley wine rarely the big foams is expected. The aroma is like a whole fruit farm; plum, apricot, raisin and showed probably a little fresh figs? The taste is very complex. In the first mouthful reminded the me of a too strong mixed lemonade, but it’s an ale that just need time to orientate in all corners of the mouth and mark the territory, just as the predator who is pictured on the label. And it suits me really good, cause with its warming alcohol spreads are also a nice fresh taste of ripe fruit and citrus. It’s all very vinous with a good dose of hops that bears the taste for a very long time. The slightly sour and indefinable flavor nuance in the background. It tastes incredibly good!

Big sweet malts, and big bitter hops. Not much fruitiness from the hops, this leans more towards barley wine territory. Sweet, powerful, boozy. Really nice.

Citrus aromas and pretty gold brown look. It's not too hoppy for what it is. Slight hop citrus flavor too. Caramel like flavors.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle. Appearance is golden orange with a creamy light tan head. Aroma is caramel malt sweetness, citrus, a bit fruity, pine, and a little alcohol. Taste is pine, a bit spicy, citrus, grapefruit and a little orange, fruity maybe even kinda tropical, Palate is heavier end of medium body, moderate carbonation. Overall, love the boozyness and beer, solid for the style.

This is it. For me the biggest, baddest Double IPA. So much hops, yet somehow balanced by sweetness from the malt. So full, so rich...

In short: boozy cfruity ale.
This was one of the first american crafts i had, when they landed in Spain around 2006-2007. An amber ale with nice off white head, lots oof malty and fruity aromas, robust body, moderate bitterness, dry finish. Boozy but still enjoyable.

Ultra potente. Todo un copazo
