COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Perfect for easy drinking as spring turns into summer, our Easy IPA is a light-bodied brew huge citrus notes upfront that blend into stone fruit (think apricot and peach) softness. Biscuit malt notes float in the background as it finishes crisp and refreshing.

Have not had any other session ipa’s to compare to but this one is good. Pour is bright yellow with a thin white head. Aroma lite and pleasant with hops and lite fruit notes. A crisp citrusy flavor that is still hoppy for as thin as the beer is.

12oz bottle from Savor Growl. Yellow pour with a thin dirty white head. Aroma is citrus hop, grass and little oniony. Tastes are along the same lines - grassy, grapefruit, floral. Crisp and drinkable.

Floral, citrus and malt notes in the nose. Palate is hoppy but not a hop blast. Pretty nice for a light beer. Refreshing on a warm day after a paddle. Thanks for the trade Ron!

Nice large bright white head of varying sized bubbles with good carbonation. Very floral aroma with some rose water, honeysuckle, light lemongrass and some straw. Color is a medium to pale gold. Dry and bitter flavor with lots more flowers, bitter salad greens, mild cereal grains and straw. Rather thin body that does not balance the hops very well. Finishes bitter and dry. An ok IPA.

Aroma of metallic carbonation, pilsner malt funk, some citrus and wet cardboard. Bright golden appearance with a white foam rim. Taste is carbonation with some fizzy malt, soda pop, fake lemon and skunky citrus on the finish. Overall, pretty let down by this one as I really enjoy Flying Dog beers. Taste is dominated by soda pop carbonation, I’ll stick with my Stone Go To IPA this summer.

Draft pour. Pours a clear gold with a white head of foam. Light hoppy aroma. Taste has pine, lemon, and oranges. Reminds me of oranges and cream. A dreamsicle if you will. Mostly sweet and fruity. Mildly bitter. Lighter body and high carbonation.

From a bottle poured an amber color with a fair amount of head. Light hoppy flavor with a quick finish.

20 ounce sample on tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. The aroma is a little floral with some cracker malt notes. A little pepper, too. Transparent golden body with a medium, strong whitish head and good lacing. Starts with an astringent, acidic hop bitterness. Herbal and piney flavors initially. Acidity persists throughout with lots of carbonation. Modestly bitter. Lacking Aroma and balance.

12 oz bottle courtesy of sloth. Thanks. Pours a translucent yellow with a medium white head that soon fades to a fine film. The aroma is rather faded and indistinct with citrus and sweet grains. The taste is somewhat bland with washed out citrus with a touch of biscuit sweetness, and there is a tiny bitter bite. The palate is thinner than I would prefer, but is appropriate for the style, and the carbonation is prickly. Finishes short and dry. Overall: I’d buy this for slamming in the garage in a hot summers day. A

Bottle likely from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours bright gold with a white head. Aroma is moderately citrus over quite light malt. Med body or better. First hit on flavor is very like peach, then it goes to light malt and mixed peach/citrus. Finishes reasonably bitter. Nice easy drink.
