Flavor was decent with a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Aroma was very bread like, but was not overbearing. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 16, 2006 Bottle. Pours bright orange with a small white head. Full aroma of sweet and flowery caramel...The flavour is that typical bock profile of caramel and honey sweetness. Thick flavourful bread notes too. Tasty. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada

The aroma is sweet toasted malts, corn, biscuit and a little fruitiness.
The flavor is sweet, slightly sugary, toasted malts with some Noble hop bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium and slightly watery.
Overall, not my favorite style, but this was better than I expected (although, I wasn’t expecting much). hophead75 (1954), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
