COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As the line of soccer mom and just clocked out dads spanned the lengths of five front lawns, the neighbors began to wonder about young Timmy’s lemonade stand. The light malt backbone of our Single Hop Imperial IPAs allow each exclusive hop to shine like its never been shown before. With Sorachi Ace, a beautiful bouquet of lemons rush into nose and palate, followed by slight tangerine and herbal (predominatly dill and thyme) notes. It finishes crisp and refreshing, making it well worth a return trip to the back of the line.

Clear amber color, small white head. Some fruity hoppy notes. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, ryeish. Sorachi Ace is evident in the finish. Some alcohol. Not my favourite single hop.

Ja detta var en mindre bra sigelhop IPA. På något sätt känns det som det är lite kokos. Betyg efter denna ölen så sorachi ace ej bra för sig själv.

Pours clear golden amber with low white head. Aroma starts off with butterscotch and toffee, then - DILL! And some pine and light citrus to go with that. Taste is big bitter with clear dill and malty sweet backbone. Rich, creamy body with low carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught@SBWF2013. Amber colour, not much but a small off-white head. Aroma is floral and herbal along with some crystal malts as well as mild grassiness. Flavour is fruity, grassy, floral and herbal along with some crisp crystal malts as well as mild toasted notes. Balanced, and quite a pleasant take on the hop, which actually is far from my top hops.

Draught at SBWF. Hazy amber, small head. Aroma of dill and yoghurt. Sweet and fruity with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Citrus and lemon yoghurt, it’s certainly full of Sorachi Ace. Mid bitter finish. One of the best beers I’ve had from Flying Dog.

Tap@sbwf’13. Amber in colour. This was a really interesting one. The nose reminds me of a swedish shellfish party ("kräftskiva"). Theres the shellfish ocean-ess, citrus and a herby grassy dill component. Mouth filling body, butterscotch caramel malts. Dry malty sweetness.
