Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow from the bottle with thick, frothy, white head and moderate lacing. Aroma of grass, wheat, floral hops, belgian style yeast, and slight herbal spice. Taste follows suit, spice comes out a bit more than smell, as does the yeast. I can see why it?s a saison on here and not IPA like the bottle says. Good stuff, with a slight alcohol burn coming on late.

A hazy, pale ale with a generous amount of yeast. Aroma: Very fruity nose. Aromas are lemon, pineapple, grapes, strawberry. Also, a few resinous and herbal and somewhat honeyish. Quite yeasty, too. Mouthfeel: Medium body, creamy texture. Taste: A lot of bitterness on a solid malt base. Honey, herbal hops, touches of citrus and the ever present yeast balance things out. Finish: Firm bitterness that builds up. Citrusy sourness. More yeast. Puckering. Overall: Exceptional. It’s got a bit of everything, really.

Made a mistake yesterday and drank first one right outta the bottle. Too carbonated, too cold, too sharp. But I didn’t really know what it was. Today I poured into a glass, let the substantial head dissipate, allowed it to warm and WOW am I pissed I hurried through one yesterday! Delicious yeasty banana aroma, bitterness and spice balanced by the bready-citrus-banana tones. Just a hair too bitter for me, but I’m sure I’ll be buying this one again. You have to let the carbonation die down, and don’t drink it too cold, otherwise it’s just too sharp. Awesome brew.

Large white head that lasts, nice, sticky lace. Hazy, straw color. Nose is spicey, yeasty and fruity. medium bodied with a prickly carbonation, somewhat oily and a lil acidic. Bready malts are dry, crisp, lil toasty with a certain tang goin on. Crisp, light citrus notes, lil doughy and grassy. Bone dry, bitter finish. Slight alc. heat in the finish. 12oz. bottle from statelineliquors.

@ Basunen: ganska likt wheat. Mycket diskret humle. Något örtig och lite Jordig. Småtrevlig. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

50cl bottle. Golden and clear with small white head. Nose : strong fruity notes of peach, orange and sour cherry. some little tart. Flowers. Sip : Low density liquid, creamy texture. Low carbonation. Sweet with some dry notes. Hay and bread. Fruity allover notes. Really nice in the mouth. The aftertaste is heavily bitter hoppy for a saison beer but well balanced. It’s something in-between saison and a lot of IPA. Since it’s a mix of my two favorite genders I will have to give it a big score.
