UPDATED: JAN 23, 2014 More fruits and less resin than the Raging Bitch, wich I prefer. Very good IPA overall. Have to try it again,

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body under a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Some lacings. The aroma is quite influenced by the saison yeast, with a nice fruityness like peaches and lemon, some hints of yellow apples There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with the same fruityness found in the aroma. Yeast as well, and some alcohol notes. Full body, semi-dry and faintly warming. Lasting finish with a nice bitterness. Overall, a bit yeasty, but it’s a fine one anyway. 131228

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Cloudy gold color with a slight frothy head and mildly yeasty aroma. I liked the fruity taste and slight hop finish. I can’t stand overly bitter beers and am glad this is more sweet than bitter.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Great beer. Strong hoppy, but with a nice fruity touch thanks to the Citra hops. The Saisin yeast give the beer a pleasnt dryness.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This beer is very sweet and easy drinking which is rare in an IPA, especially one of such substantial alcohol content. I’m giving my usual bonus points for it being 7.5%, but taking a bit back (-0.2) for the confusing story on the side of the bottle. Stick to making good beer and leave the story telling to clowns like me. Good Job!

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet. Big frothy white head which settles quickly. Golden hazy body. Aroma of citrus, dark fruits and yeast. Quite sharp on the nose. Sweet on the tongue, gentle and feels a little watery. Slightly sour/bitter aftertaste. Perhaps a little boring. Not much in this on that justifies calling it an IPA.
