12oz bottle pours very hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aromas of straw yeast some hop and a bit of pine. Flavor is bitter and peppery with some sweet yeast flavors. Body is medium light and finishes dry.

Wildeman has more of a funky Belgian Farmhouse flavor profile, with ample Belgian yeast notes and a pronounced sourness to it with milder hops to round it out. It’s kind of like a light Belgian Sour Ale blended with an IPA, so if you’re a fan of both styles then this beer would be something worth tasting.

Clear golden amber pour with good white head. Clean lemony aroma, but not fake or overly ’citrusy’. Flavor has a distinct saisony yeasty quality. Some pepper, big clean grapefruity hop bitter finish. A little oily on the tongue. Honestly, it reminds me of raging bitch with a different yeast twist. The raging bitch was a little better, but this is still a pretty tasty brew.

On tap at the beer temple. Good white head. Slightly hazy blond pour. Nice bitterness.

This poured a cloudy medium yellow color with a white head. Aroma was lots and lots of spice and yeast notes, and some fruity hops in there too. Flavor was a nice mixture between being herbal/fruity/ and spicey. Was a lot like raging bitch except more on the belgian side and less on the IPA side.

Bottle. Pours gold with an immense white head, major lacing, and light carbonation. Aroma is full of yeast, spices, some bread, and citrus. Taste is lightly bitter with a fruity sweetness. Cool brew.

12 oz bottle thanks to Dean. Poured a very good looking mostly clear gold body underneath a HUGE tight foamy bright white head, almost a 5 but just a bit too much head. Aroma is rather funky from the saison yeast, dry tropical fruits, dry citrus rind, grains, lemons, touch of pepper. The body is smooth with a medium mouthfeel, stronger carbonation and a super dry lingering finish. Flavor is yeasty and funky with more dry tropical fruit skins, apricot, grains. This seems very similar to Raging Bitch, need to try these two side by side.

On Tap. Little B’s Tarrytown NY. Hazy light golden pour with a big head! I’m not to big on the Siason yeast to begin with but at first taste this is a very good refreshing beer. It’s the back end that fall off the cliff with me. A lite to floral and tart. Then again if your into that kinda thing this beer is for you!

The aroma is all saison yeast, delightful. Clear golden color with a white head that thinned to a ring. Nice saison yeasty taste upfront with bitter hops kicking in before another quick shot of saison yeast ending dry and bitter, gimme more! Medium bodied and very easy to drink as the abv only comes into play after 3 or more. Fantastic beer, get it while it’s fresh.
