Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Taste wheat, banana, fruity. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of wheat, banana, citrus, spicy yeast. Flavour is similar, fruity and light sweet. Palate is a bit watery. Mediocre Hefeweizen from Flying Dog.

33cl bottle at home. Pale orange with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Sweet with some nice herbal bitter tones. Yeast, wheat, fruits, citrus and herbs. A decent weizen!

Bottle. Clear light gold with very little head. Aroma is wheat and banana. Taste follows pretty closely but there's a strange rubbery aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel and carb. Competent for the style but that aftertaste kind of ruins it.

Bottle at Harry’s IAD. Cloudy orange yellow color, small white head. Aroma of orange peel. Taste is dilute orange juice with a bit of bubblegum at the finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Hazy yellow body with a thick white head that quickly fades. Nice lacing. Aroma of straw, grass and lemon. Flavour of lemon and custard sweets and green banana. Thin body with a watery texture. Lively fizz. A bit bland and thin for a Hefeweizen.
