Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Nice vapors... pretty solid consistency. A little bit of a cloud. Goldish. A good attempt at the Hefe. Light but good beer.

Tastes likes banana nut bread liquified. The fruit and nut flavors are too powerful and the wheat isnt prolific enough very weak beer.

Pours cloudy yellow with a very weak, non lacing white head. Nose is honeyed banana and allspice. Flavor is wheat, banana, maybe some citrus (orangepeel?). Clean finish, slightly watery aftertaste. This beer seems underrated to me - perhaps itís been driven down by hopheads ;) , as there really is no hops character. Still, refreshing and enjoyable. I will purchase again.

Poured a hazy light yellow with an averaged sized white head. Aromas and tastes of yeast, bananas, wheat and ass (what is that other smell I detect - yuck). Watery body. I really didnít care for this one.

Light golden color with a large, white, bubbly head that eventually fades away into a medium-size ring. Strangest aroma in a hefe Iíve ever smelled--cloves and bananas; very appetizing though unexpected. The flavor is a bit lacking; there is still the clove and banana, but they are not very prominent; aside from the flavors from the yeast, there is practically not malt or hop flavor at all. Thin but very clean mouthfeel. Surprising beer; not bad for a hefe.

Draught. Typical American hefe. Cloudy appearance with white head. Yeasty araoma with tinge of clove. Flavor is grainy and yeasty. Can taste a lot of banana.

Excellent beer to sit down and enjoy with friends in front of a hockey game. The beer pours so nice and leaves anice head on the glass. The flavor is made even better with squeezed lemon at he bottom of the glass. The smoothness of it all brings me back all the more

Smoove with a "v". Pours a hazy orabge color, thin head dissapears within minutes. Aroma is wheaty, banana, cloves, and pepper. Flavor is spicy and sweet. Orange peel, coriander, banana, malts, and pepper find their way into the flavor. Palate is smooth and a little thin. An excellent summer-time cooler for hot, humid days. Very refreshing, and for that, this beer scores bonus points!
