Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Bottle. Nose is banana, clove, quite largerish, bland and unappealing. Taste is very spicy and peppery leading to emerging banana and cream with more cloves and spice to finish. Mouthfeel is what you would expect. The spice in the beer is nice, the rest of it is not. My search for decent hefe continues.

330ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga). Slightly hazy light brown color. Medium size, white head, stays. Papery, straw, dead yeast in aroma. Smells kind of old. Slight sourness, raisins, straw, dead yeast in taste. Medium carbonation. Caramel mixed with dead yeast in aftertaste.

12 oz. bottle at Fries Cafe. Pours a hazy goldish orange with a small off-white head that doesn’t amount to much before settling into a small ring. Tons of banana in this, with plenty of wheat, as well as some tangerine, clove, and very light sweet bread and spice. Light-medium bodied, with modest carbonation and a wheaty, fruity mouthfeel. Not the greatest balance but not bad.

Old rating. Bottle from Old Town. Hazy dark yellow color with head that dissipates quickly. Banana, bubblegum, clove and cinnamon on the nose. Taste is more of the same with arugula and wheat standing out in front. Fairly sweet with a peppery finish.

Pours a clear yellow with a foamy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is banana, wheat, and some spice. Flavor is sweet banana and wheat. Not very memorable, but pretty tasty.

330 ml botle from Ammersin 5, Vienna.
Dark golden, hazy body, with a big, frothy, quickly dissipating, white head.
Aroma of grains, hay, clove, vanilla, some banana, orange.
Taste is light, with about the same aromas and some more spices and hops.
Quite light mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes a bit bitter, grainy and spicy.

OK, but nothing special. Ordinary Hefeweizen aromas, but with a too light taste for my liking. Drinks easy at least.

I don't know , why ... But my bottle of "InheatWheat" looked more like kristallweizen . Yellow , almost clear , small white head. Fruity , yeasty aroma . Taste is fruity and spicy with high carbonation .

Bottle, Ship in a Bottle, West Kirby. Murky gold pour with a fast fading white head. Wheaty beak with citrus and yeast notes. Flavour showed some clove, banana, lemon, wheat and a little spice. Gentle carbonation. A bit on the thin side and not really enough going on here to get the juices flowing.

Butelka 0.33L.
Odczucie: faktura kremowa, wysycenie średnie, ciało niskie do średniego.
Całość: Nie jest to typowy przedstawicie stylu ale ciekawe, mnóstwo różnych aromatów, głównie owocowych i trochę przyprawowych miesza się w przyjemną kompozycję w tym lekkim piwie.
