Not terrible, but there are many better weizens out there. tgncc (796), Bellmore, New York, USA Jun 1, 2008 Standard wheat beer. The aroma is wheat of course, with a little spice. The Appearance is golden in color, and a little hazy, with a white head. The flavor again is wheat, maybe a tiny bit of spice, and yeast. The finish is unremarkable, maybe a little sweet. OK for the type. HonkeyBra (1275), Lemont, Illinois, USA May 30, 2008 Pours hazy orange with little to no head. Aroma is wheat, spice, banana, clove. Aroma is also banana, citrus, yeast. Taste is bready with banana and other fruits, the yeast is still detectable as is the spice. Mouthfeel is average, albeit a bit over carbonated. Overall, it’s a very good example of a hefeweizen.
