Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Botella. Hazu golden with a nice big well lasting white head. Aroma of wheat, fruits, banana and some spice. Very good mouthfeel. The flavour is a bit sweet with lots of wheat, some spices, banana and some citrus. Tasty Hefeweizen.

Pours a cloudy gold with a decent sized head. Aroma of clove, wheat, and banana, and some spices. Flavor is a nice sweetness, might be too sweet for some. Solid hefe.

Hazy orange-yellow with a dense and quick-fading white head. Serious sweet clovey aroma with a hint of urea. Taste is sweet, wheaty and spicy with a phenolic finish. Well carbonated. $2

Decent wheat beer. Light notes of citrus and spices. Not the best wheat Ive had but pretty good one to try. Flying dog has great labels that strike up a good conversation with your drinking mates.

Not cloudy? What the hell is going on? Banana and spices on the nose. Same on the follow-through. Not terrible, but there are many better weizens out there.

Standard wheat beer. The aroma is wheat of course, with a little spice. The Appearance is golden in color, and a little hazy, with a white head. The flavor again is wheat, maybe a tiny bit of spice, and yeast. The finish is unremarkable, maybe a little sweet. OK for the type.

Pours hazy orange with little to no head. Aroma is wheat, spice, banana, clove. Aroma is also banana, citrus, yeast. Taste is bready with banana and other fruits, the yeast is still detectable as is the spice. Mouthfeel is average, albeit a bit over carbonated. Overall, it’s a very good example of a hefeweizen.
