May 21, 2008 12oz bottle. The pour barely has any haze to it. Clear, golden, no German Hefeweizen cloudiness. Thin white head. Aroma of wheat, and bananas. Flavor has an odd taste of steamed green peas. Not expected and kinda dissapointing. Finishes without any clove. Light bodied. Fruity and vegetable. Blah!

May 18, 2008 From a 12-oz. bottle--Poured a burnished yellow-mustard orange body with a healthy white head. Mildly sweet clovey, banana nose. Somewhat tart, piquant, gnarly flavor. I wanted so much more. Something of this brew was quite off. Huh...

May 13, 2008 In-Heat wheat is a very quality Flying Dog brew. I like hefeweizens to begin with and this doesn’t disappoint. Good head with a golden pour.
