COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

A light color and light head, but honestly if you want a hef drink Hoegaarden or something because this does not have the complexity to quench your thrist.

Bottle. Pours a dark straw color with a thin off white head. Aroma is bread and some spice. Taste is clean with some banana, spice, and a little citrus. Light bodied. Nothing special.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Bottle 33ml. Nice banana smell. Hints of many other fruits, mango, grapefruit. It doesn’t look all that, but many great tastes and a nice doughy after taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Better than my last hefeweizen. I don’t get the cleverness of the name. Okay beer. Very spicy and full bodied. Maybe I don’t like hefeweizens as much as I thought. I really thought I liked them a lot, but with every one I try I like it less. Still a decent beer.

This was very flavorful, with a really smooth finish. There were hints of fruit in the aroma.

From a bottle at Bishop Arms in Skövde. Golden a bit hazy beer with a small offwhite head. Citrus, floral with banana aroma and flavour.

Very smooth....not too bitter, not too sweet....this would be a great anytime beer. It’s not overly....anything in particular. It simply has it’s own good flavour.

Not a big fan of hefe’s and this one doesn’t really change that. Has some bready notes and some clove and banana in the nose. Little citrus in the taste but not much else that shines through. Decent but nothing special.
