Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

On tap at my local. Golden cloudy color. Aroma is mostly spice and citus. Not as much flavor as I would have expected. Not the best wheat I’ve had but still drinkable and refreshing.

Pours a hazy golden color. Smell is weaker than I had hoped for, some wheat notes, maybe slight citrus. taste is also weaker than I had hoped for. too carbonated on the palate. Overall not the best wheat beer I have ever had.

A decent beer that places a lot of emphasis on the wheat without showcasing that much of the hefe yeast characteristics.
