Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

On tap at Ashleys: Came to me golden hazy with medium white head. Aroma consisted of plums, banana’s and coriander. Mouth feel was medium with consistent balance, overall very good. Started with a hint of fruit followed by dry yeasty tones of fruit and malty nose.Finishes surprisingly not dry, a good wheat i must proclaim

355 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Fruity nose with hints of banana and spice. Smooth medium body with ample carbonation. Initial semi-sweet fruit notes fade into a nice easy lingering finish.

12 oz. botlle - Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a one finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Aroma is banana, light esters, and light yeast. Flavor is much of the same. Light to medium body. No umpleasant or lingering aftertastes. A decent German Hefe.

12 oz bottle from variety pack. Gold pour with a white head, citrus and almost a banana smell. A nice flavor, and I like the label... :) Not a bad summer ale, it’s got more flavor than the SA Summer Ale I just had at dinner. Not bad.

Bottle: Golden pour with a small white head. Nose is mild of maltiness and citrus. Taste is malty, citrus, and wheat. Balanced seems accurate enough, although there is not much flavor intensity to balance. Good summer brew for the 90* and up days.
