Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Single bottle from Total Wine. Pours a cloudy gold color with very little head. Aroma is slightly spicy. Taste is...oh, nice spicy tastes that you usually find with hefeweizens, nice finish. Not bad.

Light banana yeast aroma. Cloudy yellow color. Wheat taste with a thinner palate than most hefeweizens.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy ambers with a small thin head, decent carbonation. Nose is banana and lemon. Taste is the same with more wheat thrown in. Not too bad in the mouth but could be more full.

Bright yellow collor. Slightly meaty (a lot of yeast in the bottle) Nicely carbinated with a lemon finish. Good, different wheat beer.

12 oz with a lot of yeast in the bottle. Hazy golden yellow with nice white head. Sweet lemon aroma, yeast with some light hops thrown in there as well. Very sweet, banana, a little bitterness. High carb almost biting, with med body. Not bad, but overly sweet.

Good Wheat beer. Pours like a traditional hefeweizen, unfiltered, with nice head and aromas. More of a lighter taste, with a nice aftertaste of lemon. Not a bad wheat to try.

From bottle pours hazy dark yellow with a fair amount of off-white head. Nice citrus flavor, with a smooth finish.
