COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

355ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with quickly fading frothy white head. Slightly sourish wheaty aroma, slightly fruity and with a spicy touch. Taste is slightly sweet fruity, sweet banana on the one hand, tart citrus on the other. Prickling carbonation struggles with an creamy to oily palate. Interesting fruity interpretation of the Hefeweizen-style.

Bottle, poured hazy orange color. Small white head. Aroma clearly a hefe: orange, lemon, clove, spice, wheat. Taste is sweet and somewhat bitter, or maybe too much carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Faint smell of banana, wheat, clove and yeast. The taste is a sour malt and lemon conglomeration. Thin body and not much carbonation. This one gets better after the first sip.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a cloudy straw color with a lemon hue and a big foamy white head with great retention and good lacing, but average cling. Its aroma featured a strong wheat component with straw and ample banana, along with touches of yeast and lemon. The beer had a subtle sweet banana flavor mixed with wheat and lemon components, and had a somewhat sour malty effect as well. it was a wet beer with very low carbonation and life, and was pretty thin with a light mouthfeel.

Aroma of typical wheat, clove and banana. Pours murky Orange with a medium head. Taste is ok with clove forward taste and hints of apricot, banana and slight bleach. Not amazing and a little too flavorful.
