COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Not my favorite type of beer. From a bottle: taste is more prominent when you pour it right and will be very cloudy/. Very filmy in the mouth and very watery from all the yeast. Lightly banana-crisp taste. You can smell the wheat in this quite strongly. Recommend serving it very cold. Even if you donít like this style of beer itís quite drinkable.

I got to say this is my type of beer simple not too complex pours a light and I mean light gold body with a bright white head storng fruit flavors and bubblgum wich sounds weird but actually is very pleasing to the palatte with the creamy mouthfill that this brew has all in all a pretty decent brew

A suprisingly tasty brew, with an almost citrus kick that was very refeshing. Will drink again.

This is a good introductory hefe. I found that my fiance doesnít like ANY beer... but she does like this one, so itís quite mild, even for a hefe. It presents light fruity notes just like it should and pours a light orange-ish hue.

Pours to orange/gold body that is quite cloudy. Aroma and taste has hints of citrus. Very similar to a wit in many respects. Probably the best Flying Dog I have had. Pleasant suprise.

Disappointing head on pour, then gone. Had a hard time getting the yeast out of the bottle, so it may not have been stored well. Has some of the right yeast signature flavors and aroma to a lesser degree, but not enough wheat and complex flavors.

Bottle. Poured a clearer than expected pale yellow gold, with a white head. Aroma is rather weak, with the expected banana, clove, and wheat. Flavour follows the aroma, just a standard hefeweisen. Except rather watered-down tasting. And the clove flavour could be toned a bit as it overpowers the weaker banana and wheat flavours. If anything, the finish is rather clean, and is rather quick. Mouthfeel is thin, much thinner than it should be for a hefe. Not an awful beer, just not a very good beer either. Itís only real redeeming quality is that it is easy to drink.

Clear orange golden, with little head. Light body with barely any flavour. Some wheat in the tasting notes, but thats about all..

Hazy and golden from bottle. A bit watery and light but still drinkable. Dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Well another beer with no head and pours a murky yellow color. Taste sweet with some wheat flavor. Kinda watered down with little to no hops but that is expected. Not a terrible beer but not one I will purchase again.
