Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Bottle poured a cloudy yellow eith a decent head. Yeast and spice aroma . Flavor is odd..citrus and banana, yeast. Unpleasing, cloying mouthfeel. Not that good.

Haha, I’m glad I didn’t rate this already. Wasn’t my first pick tonight, but the selection was so-so and I thought I hadn’t rated it. Disappointing, but at least I can tick this sucker. Pours slightly hazy orange golden with almost no head. More like a soda’s carbonation. Not what a hefe should look like. Big banana nose and lots of wheat... but not much yeas. Just banana and wheat, really. Sweeter than most. Not very good.

Bottle - Hazy amber in colour. Fruity and spicy aroma with hints of banana. Slightly spicy taste with notes of sweet banana. The finish is fruity with banana and spice detected.

Bottled. 120A08. Beer is cloudy, medium-orange-gold colored. Head is initially large, white, frothy. Diminishes quickly and almost totally.
The aroma is malty with moderate notes of powdery smelling, cereal and toasted grain; Hoppy with a light note of lemon zest; Yeasty with a moderate note of banana/clove, light note of stucky bread dough; Trace of orange zest and corinader
The flavor is lightly sweet, moderately acidic/dry/juicy, lightly bitter with a moderately long, lightly acidic, trace bitter finish. Metallic aftertaste. Squeaky spice-particle residue on the roof of the mouth.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
This style is about lean, little gems, this sample is like a dirty coin.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma is banana, cloves, and sour dough. Flavor is malt, citrus, banana, bubblegum, and clove. I’m not sure why this beer has a low rating. It is pretty smooth and flavorful.

The best thing about this beer is the name and the illustrations....other than that you’re not missing much. Lemony nose....sweet-lemony taste. Not great.

Bottle; Poured a dark yellow to light orange color with a frothy white head that lasted and produce fair lacing. Slightly hazy. Nice smells of hops to include lemon and grapefruit citrus. Flavors followed the same with lemon predominate. Light to medium body. The carbonation looks heavy but is soft in the mouth. Another nice one for a warm summer afternoon.
