COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

I thought maybe Flying Dog could do the trick of making a good weizen that I could honestly enjoy! Too bad. Again a brewer failed to make it to the other side in my opinion. Just another weizen, I just don’t smell or taste anything new. Always malty, wheat, grains and a dull boring taste.

Pale hazy yellow, tiny head. Sweet banana aroma. Sharp carbonation. Not quite up to german standards, but pretty refreshing, sweet and fruity.

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Citrus, orange, clove and yeast in a rather weak aroma. Dryish, with bread and yeast flavours. Thin and boring for the style and for a FD brew.
