COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Tasted at Keystone....11Kft above sea level. Was confused with this beer, not a true Hefeweizen, not terribly composed, too dark, head not right, aroma strange and palate confusing. Drank it down, but only out of spite.

Bland. Pours cloudy yellow, the head is thin. The aroma is malty but a little medicinal. The flavor is a little like a dry white wine up front; slightly fruity, but without much to comment on one way or another in the finish. It just isn’t much of a beer.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured a bit hazy, orange in color, small white head. Aroma of yeast, bread and bananas. Taste is also bananas, wheat and some bitter and sour notes. OK beer, but that pretty much it.
