Pours a mahogany color with a long-lasting white foam head. Aroma is caramel and toffee, and something a little off, something sharp. Flavor is sweet caramel with that same something off. I can’t quite put my finger to it. Has a smooth creamy body. It’s decent.

Dark brown colour, medium head thas does not hold for too long, leaving a tiny lace. Smell of aniseed, clove and some caramel, in a confusing mix. Medium body, good carbonation. Taste of dark fruits, clove, aniseed, everything confusing too. Not the best Chrismast beer at all. Bitter finish.

Malty and sweet. Fairly strong geel to it, maybe not quite where it feels like an english barley wine.

Sweet sugarish, malty and caramelish and ahornlike aroma. Clear copper-red colour with a small white head. Flavours start sweet caramel, honey/maplelike, then a bit maple/pinelike. A little bitter gives it a sharnish. Good for a winter ale.

Bottle 35.5cl. Clear deep chestnut brown, large creamy tan head, good retention and lacing; aroma is roasted malts, dried dark fruits, caramel, brown sugar, candied orange, bit nutty, cloves, cinnamon, alcohol; taste is light heavy sweet and medium bitter, roasty, toffee, raisins, with long duration; full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste roasty bittersweet, spicy, alcohol, bit woody; pleasant winter beer.

Clear reddish beer with with a thin head which soon disappeared. Taste is as strong as you may expect from the strength. Malt, sharp hop and a mix of fruit in there too. The strength of the alcohol flavour spoils it a bit but it’s decent.

Mahogany appearance with a small beige head and light lacing. Malty, spicy, dark fruit aroma. Flavors of toffee, red and dark fruit paired with spicy hops. Sharp, edgy, lasting aftertaste. Full bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel.

Aroma:Malt, sweet, slight licorice, fruit, hop, nuts.Appearance:Copper/brown coloured beer with a beige head.Taste/Palate:Starts sweet with fruit, plums, dates and the slight licorice. Gets more bitter thanks to the hops and nuts. Kinda watery but that makes it drinkable.

K-9 Cruiser is a beautiful chestnut colored ale with good rich aroma of floral hops. The taste is most hoppy from start. However tracked slightly fruity tones during the hops. Pleasant malty background of a little hard roasted malt with caramel, with little distress and fruit. Tasty ale.
