7 oz bottle. Nose is heavily candied, lightly fruity and flowery. Heavy body, not as yeasty as expected, grapes and apricots. A good effort by Flying Dog, but the sweetness overwhelms the other flavors.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle. Appearance: Pale orange with a foamy, white head. Aroma: Off cooked vegetables, over ripe orange, alcohol, and a light perfume note. Taste: Sweet, ripe oranges, hot alcohol, dust, light bitterness, and fusel notes. Palate: Medium-high carbonation with a light body. Bone dry mouthfeel on the first sip. Medium finish with some boozy orange lingering. Overall: Out of balance on the sweet side and too much alcohol on the tongue. There are much better examples out there.

Golden color and standard big bubble head. . Yeast and fruits in aroma. Taste was not really impressive. Yeast, spices, that slight hop taste that all tripels have. Nothing that impressed my face off.

Poured a golden color with thin head. Aroma of yeast and spice. Flavor had clove, orange peel, yeast, and a mild dry and bitter finish. The flavors were there, but just not enough.

Medium white head. Deep yellow hazy body. Alcoholic yeasty bready aroma with resiny notes. Dry resiny mealy honey taste with citric bready notes. Mid-bodied. Dry medicinal resiny aftertaste with floral soft metallic notes. It’s not bad, but lacking in character. (0.355l bottle from hcalsos.)

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a spare, fizzy, white head, diminishing with no lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, cookie), average hop (flowers, grass), heavy yeast (earth, horse blanket) with notes of alcohol, pear, peach, apple, and butter. Full bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and an astringent-dry finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness.

A a clear pale golden color with a qucikly fading white head. Aroma had some banana and bread notes to it. Flavor was mostly sweet with a mix of cane and fruits. A little light on the body for this style. Finish was lightly carbonated.
