Gold with a white head. Delectable sweet aroma doesn’t quite carry its promise into the taste, which is malty and spicy with a hint of cognac, but which just doesn’t quite seem to have the required body. A little dryness at the end. It’s good but not great.

12oz bonus from a ways back drinking it after a cellar cleaning. Pours orange with a tan ring. Nose is sweet. Taste is decent, but all in all not a great tripel.

Bottled. Clear golden color, short white head. Aroma of some hop, bit citrus, slight spicy. Bitter taste, some citrus again, some malt. Hoppy triple. Decent brew.

This is a pretty damn good productin by the FDB. Pours a nice gold color with a really ncie fluffy head. Aroma of yeast and more yeast, with some malt and fruit as well. Flavor is yeasty, smooth and creamy and a tad sweet. Very light and fluffy in the mouth. I would drink this again.

Bottle. Spiced orange aroma. Orange-yellow color with no head. Sour/old orange juice malt flavor. Not much depth.

In the 4-pack from Beertopia. Pours a very very dark gold with no head and no carbonation. Mild lemon and yeasty aroma. Flavor is far too sickly sweet to enjoy. This is one dog that won’t hunt. No thank you.

Medium white head. Deep yellow hazy body. Alcoholic yeasty bready aroma with resiny notes. Dry resiny mealy honey taste with citric bready notes. Mid-bodied. Dry medicinal resiny aftertaste with floral soft metallic notes. It’s not bad, but lacking in character. (0.355l bottle from hcalsos.)
