12 oz bottle. Poured with a nice crisp white head which immediately collapsed., though leaves some lacy. Golden orange, haze for color. Smells of spice and cloves, as well as a faint alcohol and citrus. Taste is spice, sweet, cloves, alcohol, some banana bread. Nice rich mouth feel.

Bottled. Clear golden color, short white head. Aroma of some hop, bit citrus, slight spicy. Bitter taste, some citrus again, some malt. Hoppy triple. Decent brew.

Pours a transparent bright brass orange color with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet biscuity pale malt with some caramel toffee notes. Body starts with decent viscosity and carbonation and lots of malty sweetness, drying out some toward a more bready Belgian yeasty finish. Could use a little more balance and authenticity, but still a pretty good tripel that hides its alcohol well.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a small head. Aromas are caramel and sugar with cream and light citrus. Quite peppery with bubblegum and hints of metal. Flavours are sweet biscuit malts with lots of raisins and berries. Quite vinous with yeast and dry Autumn fruit. Dry and bitter on the finish with warming alcohol. Decent.

Bottle. Bronze pour with a small white ring around the glass. Nearly no head to this. Label shows "VINTAGE08AA". Nose is very sweet. Ripe fruit, soft spice, candi sugar, and honey. As it warms a bit, the spices begin to even out the sweetness. Taste is also sweet but more balanced. Peppery spices, sweet malts, candied fruits, candi sugar, honey, wild flowers and yeast notes. Body is medium but leaning toward slick and flat. The finish is more peppery spices (lingering , in fact), along with sweet malts, ripe fruits, yeast, candi sugar and honey.

12 oz bottle - fairly cloudy light orange color with tiny white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma has honey, orange peel, light herbal hops, pear. Flavor has light malts, apricot, sugar cane, heather, lipton tea. Finish is fairly balanced. A bit undercarbonated and underattenuated for the style, but not bad overall.

12-ounce bottle. Pale orange ale has a small, fleeting head and no lace. Yeasty/spicy aromas… banana, cantaloupe, coriander and hot cinnamon spiciness, caramel… against a backdrop of earthy funk. The flavor however, while appropriate, is disappointingly bland and evenly split between mild malt, fruit, and spice. Yeasty and caramelly. The palate is light and buttery despite scant carbonation. Smooth but seriously wimpy and uncomplex.

Pours a a slightly cloudy golden color with a brief white head that doesn’t go away completely. Fruity, bread dough aroma. Has a relatively mild typical tripel taste with some coriander, citrus and green apple coming through, along with a pleasant grassy bitterness. Pretty decent effort!
