Aroma is a little sugary sweet, and a little musty... but not much else. The color is a very hazy blonde, the beer pours with a tiny head that diminshes into almost nothing. Taste is a fair approximation of a tripel, there is a semi-annoying "gummy worm" flavor at first, but this gives way to some good dryness and bitterness that takes over, alcohol is very present in this beer. Not particularly the strongest offering from flying dog, but it’s worth a try.

Sep 5, 2008 Pours a golden hazy yellow. The nose is malts, fruity, & subtle notes of bubble gum. Comes across the palate with a strong bite of fruit then vanishes. It had a faint lingering subtle after taste. Overall a well done Tripel; just a bit dry.

Sep 4, 2008 Pours a rather typical but still inviting golden-amber with a thick, fluffy, white head. Aroma is thick and malty with a hint of honey. Flavor is very satisfying, malty and just a little bit sweet but not cloying. Texture is exceptionally smooth, and it goes down very well. Delicious!

Sep 4, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a medium golden color wtih a smaller sized white head. Aromas of spiced apples, fruity, and yeasty. Tastes of the same fruitiness and very light spices. Tastes on the thinner side as was the body. Alcohol content well hidden.

Sep 2, 2008 Bottle. Syrupy thicking looking golden beer. The aroma is lightly spiced and vinous, and the flavour is deeply mulled, lightly roasted and mildly spiced. Overall a nice strong beer.

Sep 1, 2008 Bottle. Fruity aroma. Golden colored beer with a thin lace head. Very sweet taste at first sip. Slightly fruity, tastes of grapes. Not a bad beer but not the best triple.
